What, you didnt know?! It is true! At least it is for UPS, and FedEx. This goes for Ground, and Air packages. There are a few exceptions to this rule. Don't look for refunds for late packages a couple of weeks around the Christmas holidays and in inclement weather you would not get reimbersed for late packages. There are companies that will tell you which packages are late and even file the refund request for you, but often times they want 50% of the refund.
